Customer focusing:

In our activity, we take utmost care to handle the customer observations and needs. By knowing the customer satisfaction, we create an image of needs and deficiencies, and through this, we continuously increase the efficiency of the organization. We are aware of our strengths and the areas to be developed, the fulfillment of customers’ needs and the prompt handling of complaints are prior. The focus is on the prompt and quick response to customers’ request and the expansion of after-sales service.

Management commitment:

The management is committed to the operation and continuous improvement of the quality management system in order to achieve the goals. That is why they fully involve employees in the quality management system, thus leveraging their capabilities.

Risk-based thinking:

The management’s risk-based thinking is approach-driven, therefore they regularly analyze the incoming data and handle the emerged risks, making it possible to make effective decisions.

Process approach:

The use of our activity and the related resources are controlled as a process in order to increase the efficiency. We handle the related processes as a system, thus we achieve our goals effectively and efficiently.

Resources:

The management undertakes to provide the personal, material, and environmental conditions, required for the operation of the quality management system and considers the management guide and personal commitment to be of particular important. To this end, the management pays attention to the continuous education and training.

Communication:

The management declares that the contents of the Quality Control Manual and the Quality policy furthermore its objectives are recognized, followed and kept by all employees concerned and makes the Quality policy available to external interested parties.

Quality improvement:

We wish to operate an effective quality management system which guarantees the constant, impeccable quality, continuous improvement of our products and services, the satisfaction of our customers and compliance with the interested parties.

The quality means to us to provide products and services that are of high-quality on the global market and are certified by CE mark and certificates.
